Learn to experience the full spectrum of emotions with the help of meditation and Kundalini yoga
To live a happy life, you need to increase your physical, mental, and emotional capacity.
The meditation techniques I teach help you live a more conscious life, develop self-reflection, and bring calmness, peace, and purpose into your daily routine.
My goal is to use meditation to map out your decision-making process.

A few words about me
Seven years ago, my life came to a halt due to a family tragedy. I was running my own company, in a happy relationship, yet internally, I struggled deeply with everyday life.
I sought help from psychologists, healers, and shamans, but in the end, it was through meditation that I was able to uncover deeply ingrained past issues, learn to fully experience the present, and create a future vision for myself that I now strive to achieve with confidence.
In 2023, I embarked on a year-and-a-half-long retreat. In Indonesia, I practiced Kundalini yoga. In New Zealand, I studied Maori and Tibetan wisdom and practices. Finally, Jogi Biswanath, a yogi trained in Tibet, granted me permission to teach meditation.
In my classes, I focus on personal connection and the deep experience of emotions. I use scientifically proven, practical exercises to guide my students toward inner peace.
What classes do I offer?
Mental Well-Being Course
Duration: 12 weeks
Location: Frankel Leó út 64-66.
Commitment: 25 minutes of daily practice and one 60-minute group class per week in the evenings
In the group classes, we will learn Mental Noting and Relaxation techniques. We gonna explore chanting, breathing exercises, and practice visualizations together. Meanwhile, we will also cover ancient Tibetan teachings and the latest research on the connection between emotions and thoughts.
By the end of the Mental Well-Being Course, the hidden depths of your subconscious will be revealed to you. You will gain insight into how your subconscious works, identify deeply ingrained patterns, and understand which habits keep leading you back to an unhappy life.
More importantly, the emotions and memories that need your attention will come to the surface.
By the end of the course, you will confidently immerse yourself in the Mindful Present state (also known as Alpha Brainwaves State). This state is the foundation of all meditation techniques. Until you master this, other techniques will not work effectively.
Coaching
Duration: 1-6 months
Location: Magit híd - Buda
Commitment: 25 minutes of daily practice and one 60-minute individual session per week or every two weeks
In individual sessions, we first identify your goal or the area in your life you want to improve. Then, we begin working with personalized practices.
We focus on subconscious relationships, old patterns, and suppressed traumas. These are the hidden barriers preventing you from moving toward your goals.
Once we uncover these issues using meditation techniques, I help you create plans and introduce new techniques that allow you to make practical changes and heal through daily practice.
Kundalini Transformation
Duration: 3 months
Location: Margit híd - Buda side
Commitment: 90 minutes of daily practice and two 90-minute individual sessions per week
This is a highly intense program — the pinnacle of my current knowledge.
In this intensive program, we use a somatic technique to ignite an internal fire within your nervous system.
Through breathwork, yoga, and sheer willpower, we work on the neural centers within your body, the muscles supporting your spine, and the spinal fluid. As a result, your nervous system will be prepared to bring up the suppressed negative emotions you've been holding onto for years, even decades.
This program is extremely challenging — you will literally feel like you're burning on some days. But from your own ashes, you will rebuild yourself. And finally, after so long, you will be free from the weight of suppressed emotions, ready to live a new life, unburdened by past traumas.
During this program, we will stay in daily contact—through messages, calls, and regular check-ins. It’s a short but highly intensive journey with a guaranteed transformational impact.
Sounds too simple, right?
Meditation techniques are truly transformative, as all of our decisions—and thus the course of our entire life—are shaped by our subconscious and the choices we make. As long as these levels are corrupted, and we carry heavy emotions and traumas, we can't build the world we envision for ourselves.
The trick is that this process isn’t easy. It will require perseverance, commitment, and courage. It’s a tough journey, so it’s better to do it with someone, or with others, by your side.
That’s why the Kārerea Meditation Studio was created.
